eddii, a digital health company that gamifies and humanizes chronic condition management, announces Dr. Kristen Mengwasser, MD, PhD has joined the company as its Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
“In this new role, Dr. Mengwasser will provide scientific and clinical leadership, as the company continues to improve health outcomes for its users and moves towards providing clinical services in addition to its software,” said Farhaneh Ahmadi, the company’s CEO. “We are very excited to have Kristen’s expertise and leadership as our product enters the market and the company continues to find ways to serve the diabetes and healthcare communities.”

Kristen, a graduate of the MD-PhD program at Harvard Medical School, completed her residency in internal medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She completed her Masters in Biochemistry at Cambridge University and holds a bachelor’s degree in Biological and Biomedical Sciences from Harvard. She is currently completing her fellowship at UCSF. Dr. Mengwasser is a licensed physician in the state of California.
