Our endocrinologists treat more than 100 endocrine conditions via our tele-health platform, eddii-Care.

Users must create a main user (or guardian account if booking for their child with diabetes) on eddii and sign up there.Download eddii on the Apple iOS app store or Android Google Play Store and state that you are a main user or guardian when signing up.Alternatively, you can create an account and schedule an appointment by visiting eddii.care

eddii-Care will work with you to get in-network and out-of-network insurance coverage as long as you are residing in one of our licensed states. If you elect to do so, you can also pay for the appointment yourself, but we will need your insurance to order labs, medications, and devices.

An eddii-Care appointment involves a video call with an endocrinologist via the eddii app or eddii.care. The initial appointment typically lasts 45 minutes, while follow-up appointments are generally 30 minutes long. During these appointments, you can discuss your health concerns, review lab results, and receive personalized care plans.

Prior to your first appointment, you will receive a list of onboarding criteria and short forms to fill out within the app.

We’ll review your insurance to check what’s covered, and if there are any extra costs, we’ll discuss the best options to keep things affordable prior to your appointment.

Our endocrinologists can see any person as long as they're in a covered state, regardless of their CGM brand.
